Miranda is Kathy's menacing, short-tempered Cat with an unenthusiastic personality and apathetic.
Appearance[]
Miranda is a blonde Tabby cat with a black hair bow. She has white retractile claws and a brown nose. Like Kathy, she is also Gothic. She's described as the prettiest cat in Kathy's neighborhood, but she's hard to get a date with due to her sadistic nature. She also finds flirting disgusting.
Personality[]
Miranda is very sardonic, snarky and quiet. She is insensitive and isn't afraid to express her opinions to others, making her very brash and brutally honest, with disregard for anyone's feelings. Despite being good friends with Ghost and the other dogs, she tends to be extremely sadistic and cruel, such as pulling harmful pranks on Neville, or clawing George if he p#sses her off or just for the fun of it. She's also an enslaver, mostly to Vanta. The only things she likes, are herself, fish, horror movies (because people get hurt), or evil jokes and pranks on Neville, other then that, she can care less.

After Neville and Ghost escape the Zookeeper's employees, Neville asks Katherine to hide Ghost in her house, where he reunites with Miranda, who is a pampered, spoiled and evil Cat.

Neville- Miranda dislikes him, enough to pull insanely dangerous pranks on him, but has a way of sticking up for him.
Ghost- Miranda is annoyed by his innocence, but sometimes takes advantage of it to get what she wants.
Katherine: She's the only person she admires due to being like her, but finds her need to help annoying.
George- Miranda is physically abusive towards him, and finds him to be a nervous loser.
Phoebe- Miranda likes to lie to her that Neville is hurt as cruel humor.

. Her creation was due to their being too many Dog protagonists, so she was instead made to be a Cat.
. Her inspiration is she is essentially the cat version of Mandy from the Cartoon Network animated series The Grim Adventures Of Billy And Mandy.
. Her inspiration was also derived from that of stereotypical Gothic girls, except unlike Kathy, she's instead a Blonde goth.
